Accredited Kubota 5 STAR
Service Dealers offer their customers the highest possible level of
service in all areas of product support.
To gain 5 STAR Service
accreditation dealers must surpass a stringent criteria of
excellence in all facets of workshop/service facilities.
Requirements include a high
level of technical expertise acquired through attending regular
product service training, utilising specialised diagnostic
equipment and maintaining an up to date library of Workshop/Parts
manuals and Service Bulletins.
Paton’s Machinery is one of the
few Kubota acredited ‘5 Star Service Centres’ in
Victoria.
Our 7 mechanics are fully qualified and factory trained. Factory
training includes Kubota's 5 Star Training at their specially set
up Service Training Center.
Our Service
Department currently has 7 full time technicians, a
Foreman and the Service Manager (Gary Lay) to oversee the running
of the workshop. Of course, we service all brands and sizes of
tractors, mowers and farm implements.
We adhere to strict
Occupational Health and Safety requirements at all times, as well
as the safe and responsible removal of waste product from our
workshop.
We have a fully equipped mobile
service truck, capable of doing repair work on site, from 50hr
service to an engine rebuild, welding, grinding and maintenance.
Also, we have a 6-tonne truck to pick up and deliver your
machine
