R3 Power-Shuttle The high-vision general farm cabin tractor with performance and features to suit a wide range of farming applications including; market gardens, orchards, row croping, open field tillage and cropping, dairy/livestock and vineyard harvestor tractor. The new generation high-vision cabin makes it ideal for front-end-loader applications.

POWER UNIT

• Lamborghini 4 cylinder 4 litre turbocharged engines.
• Engines have unique Triple Cooling system - liquid cooled block, direct oil spray onto pistons and air cooled radiator and oil cooler.
• Electronic Engine Control (EEC) - for the ultimate engine performance and efficiency, accurate speed control, and effectively more power than a conventionally governed engine. For a detailed explanation of Electronic Engine Control.
• 160 Litre fuel tank capacity.
• Dual Element Dry air cleaner with cyclone pre-cleaner.
• Vertical cabin pillar exhaust.

TRANSMISSION

• 5 speed fully synchronised gear box with de-clutch button.
• 4 Ranges with Creeper.
• 3 speed PowerShift for gear changes under load (optional/model dependent) for a total of up to 60 forward and 60 reverse speeds.
• That is, 45 speeds under 10 kph provide a extensive range of options for typical spraying, hoeing, mulching or general working speeds.
• Speed range from 0.34 to 40 kph final gearing.
• Clutchless forward/reverse Powershuttle controlled by steering column mounted lever on left-hand side.
• All Gear levers to operators right hand side.
• Forced oil lubrication of transmission for reliability and longer life. Many other brands rely on splash lubrication which is less effective when working in sloping conditions.

PTO & 3-POINT LINKAGE

• Multiplate wet-disc PTO clutch with electro-hydraulic push button soft-start operation.
• 4 PTO Speeds 540/540E/1000/1000E rpm.
• External push button PTO on/off control.
• Class leading PTO efficiency with direct drive design and straight cut gears produces more available power at the PTO.
• Category 2 3-point linkage arms with Quick Hitch ball ends
• 3-point linkage is standard with manual draft, position and mixed controls.
• Maximum lift capacity 4800 kg at ball ends or 6200 kg with optional assist cylinders.
• Electronic 3-point linkage position and draft control and mix control (optional).
• Hydraulic anti-pitching implement control for soft ride when roading (with electronic linkage option).
• Heavy duty rear swinging draw bar with tow pin.
• Front PTO and linkage also available (optional) with 2000 kg lift capacity.

HYDRAULICS

• Externally mounted gear pump supplying an open centre hydraulic remotes system delivering 54 l/min with flow control.
• 4 sets of double-acting hydraulic remotes at rear with quick release coulplers controlled by two cross-over Joysticks integrated into the cabin.
• Hydraulic return line to sump.

DRIVELINE, BRAKING AND STEERING

• Rear axle: inboard epicyclic final drive incorporating electro-hydraulic engaged diff-lock with push-button control that is positively locked and released.
• Front axle: planetary final drives and wet disc brakes in each front wheel hub incorporating electro-hydraulic engaged diff-lock with push button control that is positively locked and released.
• Unlike the conventional limited slip approach, the positive lock feature of Lamborghini means it is a true 4WD as all 4 wheels are positively locked and driven together.
• 50 degree steering angle provides exceptional turning circle performance.
• Independent hydraulic pump delivering 25 L/m supplies the hydrostatic steering to ensure consistent steering performance which is not affected by demands from implements powered by hydraulic remotes or linkage.
